Instructions (Aseptic Technique Required)

1. Prepare IV set container; remove set from pouch, close flow regulator and pinch clamp
2. Remove spike cover and insert spike into spike port on container
3. Hang container; fill drip chamber to approximately half full
4. Open flow regulator, prime set and purge air from tubing, then close flow regulator
5. Attach adapter to venipuncture device; adjust fluid flow with flow regulator and open pinch clamp
6. Check flow rate at regular intervals; ensure no leaks or blockages
