Refund policy

All Med Direct offers returns on eligible physical medical supply products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used medical supplies cannot be returned. Digital products (Clinical Digital Downloads, Professional Consulting Keys) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Institutional bulk orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
